Most of the people we work with are juggling ten things at once. You’re covering fundraising, delivery, admin and everything else that lands in your inbox. You know things could run more smoothly but finding the time to fix it? That’s a whole other task.
Every year, we offer free consultancy to charities with an income under £100,000.
Who we work with
Small charities
You are doing big work with limited resources. We can help you build the basics properly: setting up your first CRM, getting your fundraising off the ground, writing funding bids, or creating a plan that’s realistic for the size of your team.
Medium size charities
You’ve already got people, processes and a fundraising programme in place but something’s not quite working. We’ll help you make sense of what’s there, refine and strengthen your systems, and suggest practical changes that will help your team raise more.
Universities
We support you with the kind of work that keeps everything moving behind the scenes: CRM transitions, data and insight reviews, campaign planning and interim support when you’re managing change.
