Frequently asked questions
Are we too small to work with you?
Not at all. Many of our clients are small charities with no fundraising staff or limited internal systems. We tailor support based on your size, stage and budget and we regularly work with organisations with incomes under £50k.
Can you help us figure out what we actually need?
Yes. A lot of organisations come to us knowing something’s not quite working, but not sure where to start. We’ll help you make sense of what’s going on, identify what’s realistic, and put a plan in place from there.
Do you only work with charities?
We mainly support small charities and fundraising organisations, but also work with universities, schools and other education institutions, especially their advancement or alumni teams.
Do you offer one-off support or only longer projects?
Both. Some clients bring us in for a single audit or strategy, others for 6-9 months of interim support. We’re flexible and can scale up or down depending on what you need.
Will we be able to manage things ourselves afterwards?
Yes. Everything we do is designed to leave you better off: with systems, templates and tools your team can actually use. We don’t create dependency. We aim for handovers that are clean, clear and confidence building.
What CRMs do you work with?
We regularly work with Beacon, Raiser’s Edge (both 7 and NXT), Zoho suite and Donorfy. We also support teams using Blackbaud CRM and Salesforce, though for complex migrations on those platforms we’d recommend a specialist.
